At VixenDress, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund under the terms below.

Refund Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be made within 30 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags attached

  • Certain intimate or personal items may not be eligible for refunds due to hygiene reasons

Refund Process

  • Refund requests must be submitted before returning any item

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 4–5 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Bank processing times may vary

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Items returned in used, worn, or damaged condition

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be Canceled before shipment

  • Orders that have already shipped cannot be Canceled
