Refund Process

- Items must be in unused, unworn, and original condition with tags attached.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days.
- The refund will appear on your statement depending on your bank’s processing time. If you don’t see it after this period, feel free to reach out to us.
Invalid Reasons for Returns
Returns cannot be accepted if you change your mind after purchase and the item has already been shipped from our warehouse.
Order Cancellations
- If you need to cancel an order, contact us at info@vixendress.com as soon as possible.
- If your order has already shipped, cancellation won’t be possible. However, you may return it once received.
